  11. You need of sudu tepung gandum.
  12. You need of air.
  13. You need of sudu besar serbuk lada hitam.
  14. Prepare of garam.
  15. It's of sudu minyak masak (untuk menumis).

  17. Prepare of French Fries (digoreng).
  18. It's of biji cili padi (hiris halus).

Chicken Chop step by step

  1. Isi ayam diperap dengan garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Kemudian disalut dengan tepung gandum & tepung beras..
  2. Goreng di dalam minyak panas sehingga garing dan masak sempurna. Angkat dan toskan minyak seketika sebelum dihidang..
  3. Dengan minyak yang sama, goreng french fries sehingga garing juga..
  4. Tumis bawang besar sehingga naik bau. Masukkan tepung. Gaul sebati..
  5. Masukkan tomato dan air. Masak sehingga mendidih..
  6. Masukkan lada hitam, kacau sebati dan masak sehingga kuah menjadi pekat. Tutup api dan sejukkan seketika..
  7. Masukkan kuah lada hitam ke dalam mesin pengisar dan kisar sehingga halus..
  8. Ayam disusun & dihidangkan bersama-sama french fries. Kemudian kuah lada hitam dituang atas permukaan ayam tersebut..
